Returns
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and ship the item back to us.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required to process your return.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:

• Provide your order number and the reason for return.
2. Return Authorization:
• You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on where to send your item.
3. Shipping the Item Back:
• Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
• Ship the item back to the provided address.
• Return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
• Inspection:
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status.
• Processing Time:
• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
• Partial Refunds:
• In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
