Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and ship the item back to us.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required to process your return.


Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service at packessentialsltd@gmail.com to start the return process.

Provide your order number and the reason for return.

2. Return Authorization:

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on where to send your item.

3. Shipping the Item Back:

Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

Ship the item back to the provided address.

Return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Inspection:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status.

Processing Time:

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
