Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
RETURN
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and ship the items back to us.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required to process your return.
PROCESS
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at packessentialsltd@gmail.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
- Shipping: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Ship the item back to the provided address. The cost of return shipping will not be covered and will be deducted from your refund directly.
REFUND
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your
